Legal Disclaimer: The North Texas Physicians Political Action Committee (NTPPAC) is a bipartisan political action committee of the Collin-Fannin County Medical Society and affiliated as a chapter organization of the Texas Medical Association. Its goal is to support and elect pro-medicine candidates on the state and local level. Voluntary contributions by individuals to NTPPAC may be written on both personal and corporate checks or received by personal or corporate credit cards. Contributions made to the NTPPAC are unlimited. NTPPAC will not favor or disadvantage anyone based on the amounts or failure to make contributions. Contributions or gifts made to the NTPPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions or business expenses for income tax purposes. Texas law requires the NTPPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, name of employer of individuals or corporations.
